This backsplash is NOT 4 inches

By the time you install the backsplash, it is only 2 inche above the back of the range. The whole backsplash isn't even 4 inches. This is unacceptable as it clearly states it is a 4" backsplash. I bought it to align with my existing 4" backsplash, so now it is very uneven.
