I purchased this and had it installed by Best Buy less than 2 years ago. I did a self clean and it completely shut down and doors locked. It won't turn back on despite all the online troubleshooting. Best Buy is worthless and said it's a GE issue. I now have to pay $120 jus to have it diagnosed and probably several hundred more to repair. It seems a $3000 oven would have longer than a 1 year warranty. I won't be buying GE appliances any more.

The only lacking feature is the volume of the timer bell. Even when volume is set to High, it is very, very quiet, You can barely hear it from across the room.

The first time I used it was yesterday, the day it was installed. After using it, the oven would not turn off. The control panel would not respond and stayed on. I had to turn it off at the breaker box. Now waiting to hear back from First American Home Warranty people to see what's next. We haven't had an oven for 6 weeks. Frustrating

I have used this product for about two months. I turned on the self clean and the oven locked and the control panel died. Now we can not unlock it and and GE does not have any tech's that can come in our area, because the oven is locked all the other attempts to get any one to be able to fix the oven have failed because no one except GE can unlock the oven. I have tried to call GE and spent several hours on hold only to be hung up on twice before anyone even answered. They have a chat available online, however it ALWAYS says chat unavailable.

Installer had to make a few adjustments and cabinet will need to be redone at the bottom. it works well and the temperature is true. I have only used the top and bottom oven for regular baking so far.

This is a beautiful double oven. The display is dark when not in use and the features are comprehensive and easy to use. I also love that the bottom oven is a little smaller and so preheats more quickly.

Beautiful design, easy to use and program. The only thing I noticed was a longer time to pre-heat this oven compared to my old oven. It took about 15-17 mins to preheat to 350 degrees.
