Loud when on high speed, but don't really need high speed too often unless you are burning something up!

This is the first hood we have that really works for us in the kitchen. It is out of the way of my hitting my head. The multi-speed fan works well to remove the steam and smell from around the stove. The light is a true worklight for the stove.

Unfortunatley this is another negative review I have to write about one of one of our Bosch Appliances. We need a second repair of the hood after using less than a year! We purchased more than a year ago so we are now out of warranty and stuck with the cost of service. The first repair done less than a year ago was due to the fan not shutting off. We had to listen to the fan going for WEEKS until they repair could be done. Well now the fan only turns on to the strongest setting. The lower three settings which are most common when cooking will not work at all. SO DISAPPOINTED AGAIN WITH BOSCH!
