My kitchen was remodeled in November 2019 and I bought all the LG appliances it was a brand that I liked but it turned out to be of very poor quality this cooktop started making a sound a while ago and to turn it off we had to turn off the power from the main box of the house and it was later removed on other occasions the power buttons did not respond either and we had to turn off the main current again we hired an electrician and he told us that all the kitchen facilities were fine we continued with these problems until last week that the kitchen started with the sound and all the lights on do not turn off and nothing responds we called a non-LG technician and he does not know what he has when we read the reviews many people are experiencing the same thing The dishwasher also started with a very similar sound and it does not respond until you turn off the power my recommendation DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

Purchased our 36 inch cooktop and we love the space that it offers. We placed it into our island and love how minimal it is. It gives us plenty of room to cook on and people are impressed with how it looks. Were happy thus far.

Love the space between burners

I love the space between burners that allows multiple to be used at the same time. However after working for approximately 6 months the unit gave out. Prior to that this was my favorite appliance in my kitchen. Definitely happy I purchased the extended protection so I could at least get a refund to buy a replacement as this exact model has been on back order.

I absolutely love this cooktop it has so many features. The warming feature is amazing and worked great and eliminated the need for warming trays saving space for all the extra food. Then there are the double and triple burners that accommodate bigger pots or they are capable of downsizing to fit your smaller pans. I definitely would recommend this cooktop as a replacement or new addition to your kitchen.

I got my cooktop installed earlier this month and I am so happy with my purchase. It is so easy and fun to cook on and very easy to clean. This has been the best purchase best quality and decision Ive made and would highly recommend this cooktop. The installation went quick and smooth. The cooktop really upgraded the look of my kitchen as well. I love this cooktop

We bought this cooktop locally it was installed on June 27 and was used 3 times when it completely shut down in the middle of cooking dinner June29 It has not worked since. The Repair Tech came out and decided it needs a new circuit board ... which was ordered and due in on July 8 ... they plan on installing it July 11. We have had to eat out or find other methods of cooking for the past several weeks .... I would not recommend purchasing one of these cooktops. I have looked at the on-line reviews and have noticed that the same problem has been occurring with this cooktop for the past 2 years. You would think that LG would have looked into correcting the problem long ago

Bought cooktop in June 2021 was told it would take 6 months to get appliances due to Covid hang ups Cooktop installed in January 2022. Hardly used this cooktop when a chip/ crack appeared on the edge. Contacted customer service and after looking at pictures determined it was abuse on our part. Two adults living in a newly built home hardly abusive. We hardly got to use this cooktop. And we are NOT hard on things. Work TOO hard for our money. Very disappointed in customer service/ warranty. We believe the glass edge is delicate. We do not recommend this cooktop if you plan on using your kitchen.
