Ive only had this a little over a week but I really like it so far. Just the usual getting used to the new features. All my Christmas cookies turned out beautifully. The oven is perfect. I had a different brand that only lasted about 7 years. Hopefully this one will last a little longer. Like that it has both dials and touchpads - maybe they wont get worn out as quickly. So far so good

We purchased this product because our previous oven stopped working and we loved the idea of combining multiple devices into one: air fryer and sous vide especially We are so pleased with it so far It is so gorgeous and sleek and fits perfectly in our kitchen with our black appliances. We love how easy it is to use. One thing we noticed is if you lean on the front it is easy to accidentally turn the burners on. The storage drawer at the bottom is also smaller than Im used to but the cooking space of the oven more than makes up for it

My wife would never complain to you but she sure complains to me. . . First the oven does not get to the desired temperature. . It comes on stating that it is supposed to be 350 degrees. . . It is only about 320 degrees which messes up the time for the baking job. . . . . Second is the oven light. . She does not like that the oven light does not stay on for the job. . I get an earful about this every time she bakes.

I have had the Range for 6 months and love the way all the features work. It looks amazing too. The only problem we had with the range was our fault.Wife reached up in a cabinet above the range and accidently turned on the left rear burner on HI. Tea kettle was on the burner. It melted some glass and ruined the kettle. I will lock out the range from now on. The only suggestion I would make is a max heat cut off for the burners somewhere below the melt point of the glass top. I still love it.

Weve only had this range for a few weeks so its a little difficult to give a detailed response on all the features.
To start with it looks great. The stovetop heats quickly and the heat stays consistent. The thinq app is nice and lets you preheat on the go. Stopped and picked up a take pizza and oven was ready to go when I got home.
We are happy with the complete set of LG kitchen appliances we got.

I purchased this range back in November during our kitchen remodle. I have used it a total of three times. Dials for the burners are super sensitive slightest touch and its on. Not recommended for small kids or big dogs. Also I accidently busted my glass top even with every protection plan offered by best buy and LG still not replaced. Its now been 3 weeks with no answers call backs and Ive been hung up on my both companies atleast 7 times each. Although the pretty blue oven is the only reason this product is getting 2 stars .

Great features and works well. However normal pots and pans non ceramic make permanent marks on stove top and the electronic panel quit working after 9 months. Warranty process was relatively easy and within a few weeks replacement part was ordered and installed. Concerns regarding the long term especially when the warranty expires.
