My previous range was a Kitchenaid KSGG700EBS1 and from day one I had problems with it and they finally bought it back f. I used that check to purchase this LG and so far I really like it. I hope that all of the positive things that Ive heard about LG are true especially after my previous experience wit the other manufacturer. I am really looking forward to using my new range. I just wished that they would have provided 3 oven racks instead of just 2. That would have been very useful for me.

Oven was delivered with the wrong hose kit and we had to make several trips to stores to find the right adapter. Also came with a bad igniter so oven did not work but LG support came out quickly and replaced.

I HAVE HAD IT ABOUT TWO WEEKS. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THE FAN WAS BENT WHEN RECEIVED AND MAKES A CLANKING SOUND. HOPEFULLY IT WONT BE DIFFICULT TO GET IT REPAIRED
