I would discourage anyone looking to purchase this from LG to NOT. My first delivery was rescheduled multiple times. One of the pedestals was damaged and was returned. It was reordered and the second pedestal was also damaged. Neither one could be installed. I paid for the in home installation. I called to have a replacement ordered and was told they will only deliver 2x and a refund was the only option. I now I have one pedestal installed on my washer. I asked if I could return that one and they said I could but need to pay a restocking fee and I would need to uninstall it and have it properly boxed because it was passed 14 days. There were no other recommendations made like we will give you a discount and you can purchase a new one at the following locations. Nopenothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not purchase another LG Product~

Easy to setup and install. Delivery was quick and efficient and they got rid of trash and gave us some pointers too. Matches the size of my LG washer and dryer too.

Bought the washer and dryer without the pedestal and used them for ~ 2 months before ordering the pedestals which are a game changer They make the loads much more accessible and the extra storage and baskets below are very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The LG washer and the LG dryer are working great. The installation crew was on time and top notch. Strange youre only asking for a review of the pedestals. We have friends with similar side by side washer and dryer on pedestals but theyre designed so the corners all match up. Whoever off-set the fronts of the pedestals made them look like someone always left the drawers open. Very strange design and not a good look.

The guys were on time treated the delivery like it was their own. They installed rather quickly even though the room was small and difficult to lift heavy washers and dryers. Not one complaint. Good guys good service highly recommended. Only con is they are expensive.
