Its fine I guess. It was already in the house when I bought the house. It doesnt have an agitator so that helps keep clothes looking newer than they would if you washed them in a machine with an agitator. If your clothes are covered in mud or really dirty you would have to wash them twice. Im told this machine doesnt use much electricity or much water compared to older machines with agitators.

I wanted a good basic washer didnt feel that I needed any fancy things like steam or an app on my phone. This works fairly well but a part of me misses dials that I can physically turn as you can set things a lot faster than this digital display. The washer cleans everything very well even on medium spin cycle wrings a lot of water out to make drying faster. I wish there was a way to change the defaults when I turn it on because I never use the default that LG created.

This is my one month review of this LG frontloading washer. Yes I have used it a full month and the machine has performed well. One month is not enough time to explore the multiple functions available here but I am impressed with the solid performance so far. The laundry comes out clean and very wringed out. This saves on dryer time and more efficient energy usage. In use the washing action is very solid and the spinning action balanced. I think this may be a long term durable item.

I love my LG . However the dispenser sometimes fills with water . I do open the bottom latch on the bottom of the washer to drain the water and clean the little basket . Now when I pull out the tiny hose that drains the water there is no water coming out and the basket seems to have more water coming out in it .

Im so happy with this new and beautiful washing machine. I wish I could give it six stars instead of five. Its just designed very well and has all the features I could want for my home laundry and its very easy to operate. I have to say it attractive too. I installed it myself without any issues. It does a great job at washing clothes just yesterday. I use the quick wash feature and I had clean clothes in 15 minutes. Ive also had blankets that I havent washed for years and I finally got them clean in this beautiful washer. Im very happy with my new Christmas gift to the family.

Do not waste your money. Its a decent machine but just about 4 years of owning it and the motor is going the selector dial has a short and wont let us change the cycle type until we can it to rattle around enough to reconnect. Lesson learned on buying appliances from electronics companies. Were going back to old reliable brands.

I read wifi in the description and thought that meant it would easily work with their app. I was wrong. Compared to the washer this replaced also a front-load by a Korean company this one is louder it takes longer to wash on every setting and has a nasty smell that came on day one and resists cleaning using recommended and other means. I am seriously considering returning it to the retailer because Im afraid it never was right from the start. Tech support refused to do anything except lead me through a long list of troubleshooting steps before scheduling a warrant service call. Disappointing.

Horrible It was supposed to be new but smells moldy. I have run cleaning loads and vinegar but everything smells moldy and nothing comes out clean. My towels smelled so bad after washing that I had to buy new ones. I had an older lg washer and tried to just replace but this is awful.

This is the second one of this exact washer that I have bought in seven years. The first one just stopped spinning and it was cheaper to get a new one than have it repaired. These are decent washers with enough different settings to cover all wash loads. I particularly appreciate the Towels Bedding and Speed Wash options. That said they must be treated carefully. Many parts are plastic the printing rubs off with even a little water its not permanent and it is not especially quiet. For the money it is a good machine. It is actually the only one that would fit in the tight space in my forty-year old house so that is the main reason I keep buying it. I hope it lasts more than 7 years with the exceptionally gentle treatment I give it.

A good basic washer

I bought this about a month ago to replace my 15 year old washer that was malfunctioning. I didnt want some to the fancier gadgets or WiFi. This washer is fairly simple. In many ways I miss dials which stay set the way you like it. The defaults are always for warmer water than I would use among other things.

I bought this washing machine on October 9. Today is November 25 and LG has still been unable/unwilling to install this washing machine. I have been scheduled to have installation done four separate times. Each time they have an excuse why they cant do it that day. Ive called customer service several times. They have not permitted me to speak to a supervisor. Finally I asked To initiate a return. I was told they dont take returns after 30 days. The only reason I want to return it and purchase a machine from a company that will install it.

Beware of both this product and this company. I purchased thiswashing machine three weeks ago. Serial number 407VWEY3X252. It started leaking on load number three. It doesnt leak every time and is very random. LG sent a technician but because the technician didnt see it leaking during his visit no resolution was formed. It kept randomly leaking and they sent another technician who also could not replicate the leak because it is so random. I still have no resolution. The machine is brand new randomly leaks and LG does not seem to want to help. The leaks are now starting to damage my floor and baseboards. I guess my next step would be to contact my lawyer. Buyer beware.

I wouldve chosen zero if that designation appeared. Its been over six weeks since I bought a brand new LG front load washer at Lowes. The lemon broke after the second load. Its sitting here broken and my money is not gaining any interest with your company. I have escalated my complaint up ur companys ladder And nothing has been done. I am disgusted.

I like the overall size and the flexibility with washing options.The front load is much better than the top load. The pedestal was a challenge to set up. The clothes dont spin as dry as the old LG top load washer.

The stacking kit came so late that the washer and dryer couldnt be set up and now just sitting in my living area and I cant even use this. Price dropped but 3 days after I ordered but LG refuses to offer price adjustment - some agents said to return it.

Very satisfied with washer and its operation. Operating manual had NO information on the various cycles. Instead it had a lot of info on using the wifi feature a feature not included on the model we purchased. I had to find those elsewhere.

Bad choice for washer and dryer purchase

We purchased this washer and dryer and are less than satisfied. The company has been non responsive in requests for better instruction manuals in hard copy. The displays on the front of both the washer and dryer are impossible to read as they are not back lit. Impossible to read unless using a flashlight to shine on the screen. Very disappointed and they were not cheap. I recommend not purchasing.

Manual is terrible. No pictures to show what the buttons on the machine are for or do. Finally got it to wash a load of clothes but when it finished the clothes were wet enough that I could wring water out of them and cant figure out how to get it to spin. First time to use. May send it back to store. Tried to view full manual online and couldnt get into the online Manuel for the complete owners manual.

Never been so disappointed in my life.........the last Lg I had lasted 16 years and this one hasnt even made it 3. The plastic rear tub has cracked so it leaked gallons of water on my floor and the part costs more than I paid for the washer. Since it only has a 1 year warranty I have no recourse..........DO NOT BUY THIS.

Purchased both our washer and dryer off the Lg website. Delivered with care by two amazing guys that were incredibly kind and hooked up everything calm and carefully. Checked to make sure they were both working properly before they left. Very happy. We have done loads of laundry all weekend and they both did a fantastic job.
