The range and oven are performing well so far, but I feel are some very easy ways the oven could be improved, which is why I'm only giving 3 stars. My ideas for improvement: 1. Wish there was a physical knob-way to operate the oven portion in the event of power-loss. One of the main reasons I like gas appliances is the ability to operate without power. I'm also concerned about electronics durability. The oven operates with a touch-screen and can't be used with no power. You can use the top burners, though. 2. The "bread proof" setting is a genius idea, but why can't the temperature be controlled? 95 F is far too warm for me to want to proof my bread, I'd like the ability to select 75 F or something like that. 3. When I bought the oven I thought since it was "smart" I would be able to pre-heat the oven remotely. Then when I received it, it seems this functionality is disabled for the gas version. 4. Controlling the timer is a bit awkward/confusing.

The things I like most are the black "grills" and black surface around the burners which are much easier to keep clean than my previous range which had light colored grills and surface. I like the way the stove looks without the back panel but I didn't think about the fact that when frying, the grease droplets would spatter on the control knobs which are more difficult to clean than a smooth surface. I wish, in retrospect, that I had purchased the more traditional panel located behind the range. I love cooking with gas. The oven seems to cook things more quickly than my previous oven. I can usually take several minutes off the recommended baking times. I have not tried the convection cooking yet.

This gas stove is impressive, it is easy to clean, very modern with touch panel. The WIFi is a great additional feature to have. Turning on the oven has never been so easy. The burners are strong and efficient, so you can boil water quickly but also maintain a nice low simmer. The feel of the knobs and the hinge of the oven lid surprised me because they feel very solid and high end.

I bought this for my new home...renovating the kitchen was first on the list of things to do. This range is absolutely beautiful. I get so many complements on it. When I added the Samsung dishwasher and refrigerator, it really completed the look of my kitchen. The range not only looks great, but it works perfectly. The convection oven cooks my food so evenly, and the griddle in the middle is so useful. I got a free stainless backsplash, which was great. The SmartThings integration is so handy too. I'm in love with my new kitchen!

we are very satisfied with our stove. i took us a little longer time to review but we just want to be sure about it. the cooking time has decreased significantly, the cooking/baking temperature is evenly spread for a uniform quality. we like the grill part although later there is a little more cleaning on the sides. the only downside is the location of the display function, when cleaning it constantly disturbs it, yes, there is a cancel option which i use often. for that reason, i am giving the oven 4 out of 5 stars. i would recommend this product.

the stove has strong flames and cooks nicely. it has a sleek look. the middle griddle plate was supposed to come with a grate cover if i do not wish to use the griddle as per chats i had with techs but that was not in the package. the gas line protrusion in my home i had several chats w/techs and it was supposed to fit but it still does not as the gap from the wall is now 3 inches away.

we upgraded to this slide-in range from our previous range that had the touchpad on the back. we like the vent is in the back and the touch pad in the front. the oven is also very attractive looking and good storage tray. so far oven bakes and cooks well and cools quickly. only feedback is that if you don't want the music to play when it gets up to temp (which is kinda annoying since it goes 3 times), the timer sound doesn't work. it would be nice if you could set what sounds you want, not just an all or nothing. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own

Returned to a gas stove after many years with a glass top stove. While more difficult to keep the top clean, it will not look 10 yrs old after just a few years as the glass top did. Gas cooking took a bit to get used to again, we love it. We love having a built in griddle and the smart functions save a lot of time.

we are very pleased with this range. when their is quality in the small details like the sturdiness and fluidity of the knobs and handle, it says a lot about the rest of the item. as far as what its supposed to do, no issues there either. i'm no appliance expert but the burners seem powerful and the oven works evenly. it is a little on the pricey side in my opinion comparing the differences in features(wifi, griddle, touch interface) to other ranges. i would value it slightly at or below 1k. however still recommended.

first of all my wife and i really like our new samsung range. however, there also some design flaws i like to point out: * fitting it in our space was really tight! the back doesn't have a lot of voids which limits where you can have your gas outlet and socket on your wall. in fact, we had to replace our gas valve and reroute the piping to make it fit. and we had to use an extension cord with an extra flat plug as the socket was just an inch too high on the wall. * the touchpad is too sensitive. we also got a new samsung microwave and it has true push buttons that you have to press in order to activate. however, the range has a very sensitive touch interface that doesn't require any physical pressure. this makes it impossible to just wipe it down without locking it. not a sensible design!

i love this range. cooking is truly a joy. the burners distribute heat evenly, the convection oven heats up fast and cook everything to perfection. the wifi features let me set up/change settings using my phone. my only complaint was the delivery and installation of the order itself. samsung uses subpar 3rd party installers. i had to schedule delivery, old range removal and installation 4 times before someone finally did it. it felt unnecessary and highly unprofessional.

had this for 2 months. burners turn on fast, bit of a hissing sound, which i am told is normal. they are powerful, the dials have a wide range from very high to almost off. the center grill has been nice the few times we've used it. the broiler is also very high power, be careful! watch what you're cooking and be aware of broiling things that are high fat, they can catch fire pretty easily. i have only used the convection once, but like that you have a choice between convection and the regular oven. the only complaint is that the front control panel is not intuitive.its glass so there arent buttons. for example to turn off the timer you have to hold down for a full 3 seconds. it would be nice if it were a little easier. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

i love the way this looks in my kitchen. much sleeker and more stylish than my old range. nice variety of functions on the oven and does everything i could need. build quality and finish is excellent. i've only been using it for two months but so far no issues or complaints and i would highly recommend this range. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.
