My husband and I walked in knowing what we wanted. Being first time home buyers we did not have the budget to buy anything fancy so we were looking for the most basic model. BEN helped us out tremendously. He didn’t try to upsell us or make us feel like we were getting ripped off. He even gave us some pointers as first time home buyers. He was very personable and respectful of our decisions. We were in and out in 30 minutes. I’ve never had such a pleasant and quick interaction with a salesman.

Anthony, our salesperson was exceptional and extremely helpful. We had a horrible experience with Home Depot delaying our delivery (placed order Nov 29th, delivery was delayed again til Feb 25th) He went out of his way to accommodate us. We purchased 4 appliances with the greatest of ease. Purchased on Friday everything was delivered on time Sunday afternoon and the delivery men were so very helpful and answered any questions we had. I definitely recommend Famous Tate for any appliance you may need.

Great experience with Michael @ Famous Tate. My built-in refrigerator broke the day after Christmas and we were 3.5 weeks out from hosting our son's wedding. Michael quickly organized the measurement survey on New Years Eve and he found a replacement to fit, ordered it and it was perfectly installed today! Just in time. So grateful. Definitely recommend!

Famous Tate is my go to place for appliances based on previous great experiences! They came through again in amazing fashion on Black Friday. My only refrigerator died during the night and I discovered water dripping from it in the morning. One call to Famous Tate, and Sales Manager, Ginny Payne helped me find a replacement by phone and email. The refrigerator was slotted for delivery on Tuesday. Somehow Ginny and the delivery team got it sent out on Saturday! It fit the tight spot perfectly, was quickly and carefully installed and the old one hauled away, in less than 24 hours! The price was a Black Friday deal too! They also salvage all recyclable materials before disposal. 100% recommend Famous Tate!

Patrick at the Clearwater location was a real rock star!! After the recent hurricanes, our entire house needed all new appliances. Michael Fisher is "The BOMB" when it comes to knowledge, listening and customer service! When Hurricanes Helene then Milton did a number on our property and I was only down in Fla to inspect my vacation home for a couple days, MICHAEL expedited my delivery of a replacement fridge so my appliance-less/under construction condo would at least have some refrigeration during my inspection tour. We had a fantastic experience at Famous Tate Largo from start to finish. Mike Fisher is truly an asset to the business. He is very knowledgeable, patient, polite, and pleasant. Mike took the time to listen and helped us to make great product decisions based on our needs. He was also very helpful in suggesting a package that exceeded our needs but in the end was less costly because of the way that he recommended to package the items together. We purchased a full, four appliance, kitchen and it was a painless experience. We were in and out relatively quickly for such a large purchase and the deliveries and installation were as promised, on time, and the delivery technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. They treated both the new appliances and the old appliances with care. They respected our home and took the proper precautions to ensure that our furniture and cabinets were not damaged. They were in and out more quickly than expected but did take the time to show us how to use the appliances and set them up so that they would be immediately usable. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase with Famous Tate and Mike Fisher and have already recommended them to several friends and relatives.

After a few stops at all the big box stores shopping for a new refrigerator, we decided to check out famous Tate. The amount of help and professionalism that Tina showed was above and beyond, Any store we had been to that day. I was always told they were the highest prices in town. That is definitely NOT true there prices was the same and most lower then other stores. Would highly recommend them and definitely ask for Ms. Tina. Also they had super fast delivery and that's important when you don't have a working refrigerator.

Ken Gough is the man to see!! Famous Tate on s. Florida ave. Is the place to go for appliances… forget Lowe’s and Home Depot… I ordered a dishwasher from Ken… it arrived at store a day later…. Ken called me to inform that he inspected my dishwasher prior to me coming to pick it up…, it had a dent in door, he had another unit at store the next day and called me to inform it was good to go…. Saved me a big hassle by looking at the unit beforehand…. I like Lowe’s and Home Depot, but they ain’t doing any of this ….. Ken is the reason south Lakeland Famous Tate is now my go to for any appliance needs…. Old school customer service!! Great experience with them 👍👍

I shopped at the New Port Richey store for a new refigerator and it was a pleasant experience. I worked with Mohnish who was very professional, friendly and explained my options. I bought a refrigerator and it was delivered on 6/15/24. The delivery crew was very accomodating and worked quickly to make it a positve experience. They removed all the packing material and plastic wrap as well.

I had never shopped at Famous Tate. Most appliances we bought at Best Buy or Home Depot. I have to say everything from start to finish was an outstanding experience. We recently bought a washer and dryer and what I like most about Famous Tate is that they are very knowledgeable about the products, unlike a big box store where you hope you can get help in the appliance section. Always an easy transaction and experience and have used them for almost 30 years for appliance needs. When we go to Famous Tate we need a quick replacement we can grab and go same day. This location has tons of "scratch and dent" new appliances to choose from. We have had larger items delivered as well in the past. Overall great experience. After wasting time at Lowe’s and Home Depot to purchase a dish washer my wife and I went to Famous Tate in Port Richey and were greeted by Pete. He showed us the complete line of machines that were in stock. Pete was knowledgeable and spent ample time reviewing the features of each unit. Once we decided on the model/make Pete processed our order (including a military service discount) and scheduled delivery, installation and haul-away. I received a call from our rental company that our fridge was no longer cooling, so we called Famous Tate right when their doors opened in the morning and we lucky enough to have a salespeople named John answer the phone, told him what we need he located an in stock fridge , he was bombarded by Black Friday shoppers so he told me "I have secured the fridge and I will do up all the order and call you back shortly, I just need to deal with all the customers that just walked in, don't worry your in good hands" and he wasn't kidding ! he actually did called back in a very short time had all the paperwork ready to go and we set up the quickest delivery which was in 3 days. Delivery was also amazing was able to track the truck minute by minute so I could info my rental company to meet them at the condo, such a smooth worry free delivery! Wondering experience ! Will highly recommend Famous Tate anytime! And especially John he was so friendly and honestly a great person to deal with. This is our second purchase with Famous Tate and not our last. Oh by the way this was all done while I'm in Canada!!

This was our first experience with Famous Tate and we are hooked on them. The salesman was very helpful and respectful. He listened and pointed out washers and dryers that met our needs. We lost them when our house flooded so time was of the Essence. He could have sold us a more expensive washer and dryer but instead was honest in how long it would take when not in stock. He offered an alternative he knew was in stock. And to top all this he gave us a discount without us asking or knowing until we were leaving the store and the transaction was complete. The appliances were delivered in a few days as he promised. The delivery was also a pleasant experience. We are done with big box stores and will return when our house is together and purchase our new stove from them. Thanks for a pleasant relaxing experience. That’s so refreshing in today’s world.

Update: Do not buy a Whirlpool! Worst fridge I ever had! Temperature is erratic...the ice machine makes so much noise it will scare you to death and a part broke in the first month that turns the lights on when you open the door!! I'm so over this brand...my Frigidaire lasted 16 years no problems!!! 16 years ago my condo flooded and I bought all new appliances here. Other than replacing the microwave it is now time to replace all the others. I just purchased a refrigerator here last week. Unfortunately I'm having some problems with it and the service here is amazing. They sent someone out immediately who was unable to fix the problem so now I'm getting a replacement! We had a great experience! I researched and ordered our dishwasher online. They were the same price or better than the big chains and we preferred to support a local business. They followed up the next business day to confirm our purchase. It took a couple of weeks for our model to come in, but they stayed in touch the whole time to keep us updated. I gave four stars because the website said it as in stock and also the website said they'd remove our old appliance for free, but it was a hassle to get them to take it. No matter, they'll be our first stop when we need to purchase more appliances.

We were new home buyers and needed refrigerator and washer/dryer for the home immediately. We had done a lot of research before we set on the brand we liked. When timing became an issue with receiving the appliances due to other store policies, as turned to Famous Tate as our final resort. Our 20 year old washer finally died last Friday night and not worth saving. So on Saturday morning we went to Famous Tate on Henderson and spent about an hour with Scott Bloom, our associate and picked out a nice GE washer and dryer set that was in stock and scheduled delivery on the following Monday. Monday morning I received an email that delivery would be between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. By 10:30AM we were all installed and ready to go. Excellent experience with Famous Tate! Jerrie was so so helpful, I highly recommend her. We have shopped at Famous Tate multiple times. Most recently brought my mom today who was looking for a washer and dryer. There is always an amazing amount of product choices and models to look at. 3rd time shopping Famous Tate, 2nd for the Spring Hill Location. They have great deals, and the staff is friendly and NOT PUSHY SALES, they let you make up your mind after showing you what they have. I needed a refrigerator right away and they had one at their Tampa warehouse, which I was able to pick up along with the other 2 appliances I was able to get at the same time. Really wish I had gone to them for my washer and dryer a few years ago, new better than to go to the other place. Will not make that mistake again. In two weeks, Famous Tate got us the exact refrigerator and freezer set that we had previously ordered from a national chain ten months earlier. Our washer recently went out and had to be replaced on the heals of our refrigerator doing the same last year in May. We went elsewhere for the refrigerator, and after a long wait due to Covid and one delivered severely damaged, starting the whole waiting time over again, it took a year and 2 months to finally get one that was scratched! Decided to give Famous Tate in Brandon a try for the washer, and are we ever thankful that we did! Most salespeople don’t like answering a lot of questions over the phone. They would prefer you come into the store, but my husband and I are high risk and Covid is keeping us close to home. Chris Clark answered my call and the blessings started pouring in! He spent so long on the phone with me, patiently and helpfully, answering every question I had to assist me in narrowing down the right washer and dryer for us, and he had them in stock so no wait! By the end of a phone call, we had selected our appliances. We ordered them on a Friday and they were delivered and installed on the following Tuesday, with not one scratch or dent!!! We highly recommend the Famous Tate in Brandon for any item they carry and if you want top notch friendly and helpful service ask for Chris!!

Over the phone they were very helpful and answered all my questions. At the store, i was comfortable. The saleswoman Melissa Davis was top notch, knew the appliances like she used them all, and iformed me about details I wouldn't even think to ask. Appliances are not an everyday purchase and I appreciate her insight. She also found a scratch and dent which saved me over 100 bucks which I applied to the 5 year protection plan. She knows her stuff. I was in and out in a jiffy. Availability of their stock and delivery was faster than the DIY stores. I did my research before purchase. Only 2 days later on the day of the delivery i received a call and text message with 2 hr window for delivery. Received another text when 10 minutes away. The delivery guys were polite and fast. The whole experience went smooth and I'm very happy with my purchase. I got a new LG washing machine. I highly recommend Famous Tate in Brandon, FL.

Ok, I am beyond impressed. I was dreading going through the process of ordering a new washer and dryer. All the nightmare's stories of taking forever to get a delivery, not having anything in stock, everything on back order and the delivery people that don't care anything about your property or properly installing your new items. Well, Famous Tates was perfect from beginning to end. I did extensive research on which new models I wanted. My old washer and dryer were LG Tromm. I decided to stick with the LG product line, based on reviews and my research. I finally decided late Friday afternoon, that it was time to make my purchase. I called a local retailor to discuss what I wanted. They only had one front load washer in stock and zero matching front load sets, so I would of had to purchase another brand and style for my dryer. I decided to give Famous Tates a call. The lady that answered the phone was professional and took my info as to what I was looking for and said AJ would be calling me back. AJ called me back and had all my information I had provided in my first call. He was very professional and answered all my questions. They had exactly what I wanted and the best part was they could be delivered Monday!!! I was thrilled. I received an email and a text Monday morning giving me my two hour window of 8:30 to 10:30, 8:40 two guys arrived with my items. They removed my old machines, that were in an extremely tight location and installed my new machines. They were amazing and made everything look so easy. They made sure I had time to clean the area, before placing the new machines. They ran the washer and made sure both machines were balanced. This is probably by far one of the absolute best purchasing experiences I have ever had. My husband and I are extremely picky about people working on our property and get really angry when people do not respect our property. Delivery guys were fantastic. Congratulations Famous Tate on a perfect buying experience. I highly recommend!!!

My refrigerator died and could not be repaired, I knew appliances were back logged due to covid and chip shortages but Chris Clark at Famous Tate was able to help me. Like some of the others; I had bad experiences with the large "Home Improvement" stores. I then saw the Famous Tates carried the appliance I was looking for so I called them. ASHLEY answered the phone and was incredible. I had been lied to by the two of the large companies about what was in stock, so I asked her to verify her inventory. She verified that the appliance I was looking for was in stock and that I could come pick it that day. I drove to Temple Terrace and found the warehouse staff were equally courteous and helpful. I have already started referring people to Famous Tate's for all of their appliance needs.

I shopped around locally for a specific set of washer and dryer based on best price and how quick they could be delivered. Famous Tate, hands down, had the best deal. I was able to see them in the store, which no where else had available to look at, and they were delivered 2 days later. I was looking at at least a month out of delivery everywhere else. Ordered a fridge online. Lynn called the next day to confirm order and let me know that with Covid it would take much longer than usual, likely a couple months. I already knew this because I did shop around. She kept in contact and told me in the beginning or March that they finally had a confirmed date of May to receive order. She then called 3 weeks later to say they had the fridge and it was ready for delivery much earlier than expected. Delivery guys showed up on time and took care of install, removal. We had already selected the refrigerator model at a big box store - but felt purchasing at an appliance store was a better move. So we called the Clearwater location and spoke with Michelle and she convinced us to come in and talk to a salesperson. We liked Rob - and it turns out the price was the same (they would have matched price anyway), we are supporting a local business, and the refrigerator was in stock and could be delivered the next day. Rob and Michelle were masked, but some other employees need to mask up! I was nervous when I saw the refrigerator was unprotected in the delivery truck (however it was pre-inspected and the door switched prior to delivery), but the nice, professional fellows were fully masked and the refrigerator was in perfect shape and quickly set up. Yes, I recommend Famous Tate, Rob and Michelle!

I purchased 4 appliances from Famous Tate for our new home. Three of the appliances were delivered and installed in quick order. The fourth appliance, my gas range, was seriously delayed. Despite the delays, our sales agent, Chris Clark kept us informed and updated on delivery. He was diligent and resourceful in finding my stove and after several months, it was delivered within hours of showing up in the Famous Tate warehouse. In and out quickly, no pressure and with an accommodation to purchase the perfectly condition floor model when that model would be back ordered several months at best with a high chance of being discontinued when my turn came up. The Fridge was delivered flawlessly two days later by experts adhering to all the proper Covid-19 protocols. Two days later I found the exact same fridge in a big box store on sale (again with a 3 month waiting time) for $700 more than I paid at Famous Tate.

Our 10 year old Samsung refrigerator needed to be replaced, so we started shopping around. With Covid-19 causing shortages On everything, we asked at every store about items that were currently in stock. I stopped at Famous Tate during my lunch break and was cheerfully greeted by Mr. Napoleon Mariner. I told him the items I was looking for in my new refrigerator and he had his stock sheet in hand and showed me the floor models. I asked which ones were available immediately. He went to his computer to find out. My husband met me back there after work and we purchased an LG 4 door refrigerator. That was on Wednesday evening, and our appliance was delivered that Friday. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of the store employees and the delivery men. They removed my old refrigerator and had the new one set up in 30 minutes! Definitely will be back in the future. Thank you Napoleon!

We made a point of giving our business to a local company and Famous Tate is one of the best. We were buying an upright freezer and they had the one we wanted, except there were no more in stock. We got on a waiting list and bingo - on a Friday - we were notified and made the purchase. It was delivered the following Monday. Their shipping and tracking technology was one of the best we've seen and we knew exactly when the delivery would be made that day. Their customer service is also over the top. We are getting ready to redo our entire kitchen and we will begin with our appliance purchase at Famous Tate's.

Just bought a GE over the range microwave from them. This isn't the first time I've bought appliances there. When we built our house 17 years ago all our appliances came from them. We've been very happy with them. Competitively priced lower than other big name stores. Will do price match if another store is cheaper than them. They also sell a variety of beds too. Friendly and knowledgeable. Due to COVID-19 they do require the wearing of a mask in the their stores.

I’d bought a dishwasher at a big box store, only to get a call the day it was to de delivered telling me it had arrived damaged. After waiting for a couple of weeks and hearing nothing, I cancelled my order and headed over to the Famous Tate’s in Clearwater. Impressed with their inventory, prices (with installation, cheaper than the big box stores), but especially the level of customer service I received. A big shout-out to our salesman, Tom H., who kept me up to date all the way to the installation. Super responsive about getting right back to me with any questions. And the installers were great, too. Came when they were supposed to, cleaned up. My new appliance store. These guys are just so much more reliable and responsive than the big box guys.

I bought an LG Washer & Dryer from Famous Tate in Brandon online during black Friday. I had several questions during the online purchase. Tater was the online chat associate and answered my questions within minutes. After I purchased the units, Vince Alonso touched base with me to let me know he would be assisting me with any further questions. The washer and dryer were delivered within a couple of days. The guys that did the installation were fantastic and fast. The next day I was unsure about the units. They had more technology than I was used to and I called Vince. Vince assisted me and explained some things about the units and different cycles. I love the new LG Washer & Dryer (WT7500CW & DLEX7600WE). Famous Tate was incredible in every department. It was my first purchase with Famous Tate and I was satisfied with all phases of the purchase. I will shop there again for sure.

Got a great deal 12/2/19 at the Famous Tate store in Winter Haven on a new Frigidaire refrigerator with the textured finish (no finger or handprints-yippee!). Carlos Ortiz was our Salesman (see his smiling face below). He was great!! He listened to everything we said, answered all our questions, was very kind and funny and directed us to the perfect fridge at a great price! They delivered, no charge, on schedule to us in Haines City, and removed our old fridge (for $9) for us. The delivery guys were very nice and made quick work of the exchange. Purchased LG washer/dryer at the Largo store on East Bay Drive. Sean was a very knowledgeable sales person and moved us through the process quickly. There was an opening in the delivery schedule for the next day. I received a call at 7:20 a.m. the next morning telling me that truck would arrive sometime between 9:15-11:15. I then received a second call around 8:30 from the driver saying that the truck would be at my home in about 10 minutes. Both installers--Felix & Michael--were real gentlemen. Very personable and attentive to the job while taking care in my home as they hauled old washer/dryer down from the 3rd floor of my townhome, and then making the trip back up with the new ones. Really knew what they were doing.

A++++. The product knowledge of their sales staff is far superior to that of the staff of our two big box stores. Their selection of appliances on floor display is greater than our two big box stores. We have a favorite salesperson Ben Stapella, and he has wonderful product knowledge. BUT, it is the quality of their delivery staff that makes this store truly outstanding. Twice now we have had issues with install, first with a dishwasher and now a refrigerator. Both times, crews spent far extra time in making sure the job was done correctly. And the last time, while the delivery folks were here, we needed to contact the store, and the store manager himself got on the phone and made sure that things went correctly. We replaced our 10 year old Samsung refrigerator with another one via Famous Tate. This time I picked out a model online then called for availability. Bruce at Famous Tate went the extra distance to get the specific refrig we wanted. He set up all the details and had two professionals come to the house and install the refrig. After I had gone to all the big box stores a friend reminded me of the missing ingredient which is service and that is what famous Tate is known for. I had already purchased a dishwasher at Home Depot but on Monday morning I changed my mind went straight to Famous Tate got an upgrade on the same product and paid $75 less overall for the machine delivery installation and haul away. It was a very good experience and I hope my dishwasher is working for many years to come but if not I know I can call Famous tape for support.

We went to Famous Tate in Port Richey , Fl looking for a new dishwasher since our very old dishwasher was not filling water. Spoke to Paul Mobbs and as soon as we mentioned the problem we were having he asked us if we recently installed a disposal and the problem may be that the water valve going to the dishwasher was not turned back on. Since we are seasonal we recall having a disposal installed last year before we left for the season and hadn’t used the dishwasher before we left. We said we would check that out. Meanwhile we looked at various dishwashers in case that actually was not the problem. Paul was very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations and we chose the one we would buy. We then went home and tried what Paul suggested. Sure enough, the valve was off and our dishwasher is working fine. We were very happy that Paul took the time to help us and as a result we saved a lot of money and frustration. If we ever need any appliances, Famous Tate would be our go to place to buy from. GREAT customer service, great selections, reasonable prices! Thank you Paul for looking out for the customer. If we could give them 10 stars, we would.

Had a wonderful experience here in Port Richey. Was wanting a new mattress. Paul was very good with helping us find one. No pressure and not a lot of sales pitch to listen to. After frustrating experiences with two large national stores, friends and neighbors told me they all use Famous Tates. Now I know why! From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Scott Craig, we knew our frustrations were finally coming to an end. Scott took us through the differences between brands, the value add of certain features over others, how to measure accurately and other things to consider. He was knowlegable without being pushy, which is so refreshing! We purchased our GE fridge and the delivery by Alex-Doris was professional and prompt. He even polished the stainless! I wish we had purchased all of our appliances through S Tampa Famous Tates- we will continue to spread the word about this gem of a small business that goes far above and beyond to make sure you have what you need! I would expect to pay more for this level of service, but their prices are right in line with the big box stores who do not deliver on service. Go to Famous Tates!

Julian, my salesman, did a GREAT job in getting me the refrigerator I desperately needed! He worked with me to get the fridge within a week and kept me apprised of the status. Unlike Best Buy, which promised me a delivery date of 10/15 then changed it to 10/29, then 10/30, then 10/31. 2nd Purchase: Still highly recommend - Went back for a washer and dryer and had the same great experience. We had a wonderful, knowledgeable sales associate, Ron. The scheduling, delivery, install and haul away of our old appliances was seamless. No big box required - prices were the same and we received better service. 1st Purchase: This is a showroom with sales people but they are not pushy or agressive. They were there to help us find what we needed and make the right decision. We got a great Bosch dishwasher. They installed the next day and the entire transaction was seamless.

We went to Famous Tate because everywhere we went in person [i.e. Home Depot, Sears, Best Buy, etc.], all they had were "floor displays". The washer and dryer we wanted were "special order" [full mark-up] and would take 3 days to 3 weeks to arrive. Famous Tate offered immediate delivery with little effect on our own schedule. The savings were worthy. The experience was satisfying; you could do much worse going elsewhere.

Great company. They weren't pushy which was great. We found the bed and motion base at a great price. We shopped several places and could not get a better price. The delivery was beyond my expectation. They called to let us know the window of when they would be there - they came when they said they would. They took the old mattress and box spring and setup the new one within 10 minutes. They also showed us how to use the motion base. Really pleased!!!! Would buy from them again.

I spent far too much time trying to research a washer and dryer for our new house. I had been to Lowe's. I had been to Home Depot. I had spent hours reading reviews. Our relator told me to try Famous Tate, and it was the first place where someone one actually talked to me about the machines. Nelson was fantastic. He answered all my questions, told me his experience with machines; he was incredibly knowledgeable. He was even patient with my two kids running in around us in the showroom. These guys are great! Had problems with 1 GE induction oven & then a replacement GE oven right before Christmas. Got an LG induction instead & they were able to deliver the next day. They took care of the paperwork changes promptly too. Went to the Wesley Chapel location for the purchase which was seamless and also received a very good price. Used the installation service which has always been extremely useful. Tech was on time, proficient and in and out in no time.

After Irma, half of Winter Haven was shut down. I own a rental property there, and a power surge blew out the stove one day after the storm. The next day, my tenants got a boil water notice. Lowe's could not deliver for two weeks. Famous Tate delivered and hooked up a new stove in one day. Thanks Napoleon, for going the extra mile!

Had a good experience. Our frig went out a few days before the hurricane. We dealt with Nancy Medema who was great. No pressure and spent as much time as we needed. She explained the differences between the units that we were looking at. Ultimately we ended up getting one of the scratch and dent models and saved a bunch. Will be going back to get a bed eventually. Will also be looking for Nancy.

Had a great experience at Famous Tate, Port Richey. Had to buy a new washing machine. Got a great price and full 5 year warranty on a Maytag. Our sales person, Kim, was excellent. Customer service like this is rare these days. They also have price match for 30 days in case you find a lower price on the same item somewhere else. Delivery was only a few days after we purchased the machine. The delivery men were very courteous and efficient, and they took the old unit away at no extra charge. Delivery was included with the price. I'd definitely buy again from Famous Tate, Port Richey.

Shopped FT's for a dishwasher and was pleasantly surprised to have the transaction go so smoothly. Our salesperson was Whitney Sands and she listened to our situation and needs and answered the questions we had. Told her we would think about the item and call her back. Called her back an hour later and bought the dishwasher we chose in our earlier visit. Unlike the big box stores she arranged installation for two days later not two weeks. The unit was in stock. Thanx for an easy purchase and follow thru.

Aaron from Integrated Appliance did the installation and he was fantastic. I have always purchased my alliances from them should never have tried someone else.

Friendly, knowledgeable (no-nonsense) & customer focused. After visiting the big box stores and meeting so called sales people who did not know the Bosch dishwasher product range I went to Famous Tate. Associate Bill Sahli worked with me to get the unit with the features at the price point I wanted. Purchased the new dishwasher on Tuesday morning and it was professionally installed in our kitchen two days later. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Wow - what a wonderful experience! Was so stressed this weekend when my fridge full of food stopped working. After a quick internet search, made the decision to go to Famous Tate. Was in and out of the showroom in less that an hour with the order in hand. Delivery guys just came - right on time - and now we're done. New fridge in place in less than 48 hours. I am singing Famous Tate's praises here today. I had ordered a Bosch four door refrigerator at Best Buy because the Bosch website said that was the only local place I could get it. The delivery was four days out and was such a nightmare that I cancelled the order, leaving me without a fridge. I called Tate's and the salesman looked up inventory over the phone, told me he would be able to deliver the next day and gave me the discounted bundle price without me asking for any discount. Done in ten minutes at 200 dollars less, after days of Best Buy run around and two days of waiting for a delivery that never showed up (One was an eight hour window, absurd!). Tate's called early the next morning and gave us a two hour window. They delivered within that window and it was a white glove delivery! Two young men put the fridge in place, hooked it up to water and electric, attached parts and wiped it down and checked everything. Best Buy charges 69.99 for in house delivery and tell you that that is half price. Tate has it as part of the sales and service (free). I am a very happy customer and recommend Famous Tate's highly.

We were able to find a "scratch & dent" front loading washer and dryer with only minor non visible "scratches" which saved use several hundred dollars!
