Instructions on how to inspect & photograph your bedding related to a body impression:

COMPLAINT: SAGGING, DIPS OR EXCESSIVE BODY IMPRESSIONS

**Make sure your bed is free of any bed linen when photographing and measuring**

Please provide a minimum of four (4) photographs from the top of the mattress with the flash showing the measurements of the area affected by the sag or body impression. Please also provide pictures of the box spring (or adjustable base), as well as the bed frame/center support. (See instructions & examples below)

HOW TO MEASURE BODY IMPRESSIONS:

Place a weighted visible string, yardstick, or broomstick across the location of body impressions.(The hip area is usually deepest.)

Using ruler or measuring tape, measure from the center of the padded area of the quilting and measure the depth of the impression from deepest point of mattress surface to edge of yardstick.

DO NOT measure from the quilted, stitched area, or push down into the mattress so that measurements will be accurate.

Providing us with these measurements will enable us to process your claim in less time.

(If this complaint is not due to a body impression, Please provide a minimum of four (4) photographs of the affected area. Please provide a minimum of four (4) photographs with the flash showing your support system and frame.)

Once the proper photos and mattress claim are submitted to the manufacturer, it can take 7-10 business days to receive an approval/denial. From there, your sales associate will contact you about the next steps.
